BOOMCONTROL SYSTEM
The Horsch Leeb combines its proven parallelogram suspension system with industry-leading BoomControl technology to deliver exceptional boom stability and precise spray application across uneven terrain and at higher speeds. Available in working widths from 110 to 160 feet, the boom features active pneumatic center-section control to minimize movement, overload-protected folding wings for durability, and a lightweight aluminum design that protects spray components while reducing weight. Multiple folding configurations provide flexibility for a wide range of operations.
AUTOSELECT
AutoSelect automatically switches between nozzle sizes and combinations based on application rate and travel speed, ensuring the correct spray pressures at all times. With up to 16 customizable nozzle profiles, operators can optimize every application without leaving the cab.
SECTION CONTROL
Precisely switch off nozzles and sections with compressed air. Nozzle spacings of 10″ and 20″ are available. All nozzles are controlled individually and are pneumatically combined in sections. This also facilitates maintenance and the easy detection and repair of errors and blockings at the nozzles.

ACTIVE AND DEACTIVATE NOZZLES
Using compressed air, the system can precisely activate or deactivate individual nozzles and sections, ensuring accurate application throughout the field. The 10" nozzle spacing provides optimal target coverage and uniform spray distribution, helping improve penetration and wetting within the crop canopy.

The system also supports intelligent application technologies and variable nozzle body combinations that can be pneumatically switched to match changing field conditions. Because each nozzle is individually monitored and controlled, operators can quickly identify and address blockages or maintenance issues, reducing downtime and improving overall efficiency.

MAINTAIN ACCURATE COVERAGE
Additionally, all nozzle body configurations come standard with holders for edge nozzles, helping maintain accurate coverage at field boundaries. Extensive wind tunnel testing has demonstrated significant improvements in drift reduction and application accuracy across a range of target heights, helping ensure more product reaches its intended target.
WATER SYSTEM BASIC
The equipment line, Basic, on the Horsch Leeb VL are equipped with a 265 gal/min rotary pump (filling connection 3″ through 5-way valve, 3″ lines on the suction side). Suction and pressure side are operated via manual multi-way valves. The spraying pressure is monitored with a pressure sensor and a pressure controller adapts the flow rate. The tank is equipped with an electronic level indicator. A digital level indicator is available as an option in the terminal.
