If you don’t get your parts in time, you get paid in Cat Credits. If your repairs are not completed in the agreed-upon time, use a courtesy machine on us.

NEXT-DAY REPAIRS
Cat Compact CVAs with dealer labor include services for common repairs on machines completed the next business day from initial contact.
- Times for major repairs may vary
- If your common repair is delayed beyond one day or the agreed-upon completion date, you’ll receive a courtesy machine for 5 days, on us.
